Father's Day Card From Our Fur Babies!
The Playful Pets Suite was the perfect set to make a Father's Day Card from our 2 Yorkies---LUCY & MITCH. If you are a pet lover, you will love the Kitties and Puppies that are on this fun Designer Paper!
*1 piece of Real Red--8-1/2 x 11 card stock--scored at 4-1/4 on the 8 in side and cut at 5-1/2 on the 11 in side for your card base.
*1 piece of Real Red cardstock--cut 4 x 2-1/2 in
*1 piece of Real Red Card stock die cut with the 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 scalloped die
*1 piece of Whisper white Card stock cut with the 2-1/8 x 2-1/8 in plain square coordinating die cut.
*2 pieces of Basic Black card stock cut 4 x 1/2 in
*1 piece of Basic Black card stock cut 4-1/8 x 5-3/8 in.
*1 piece of Whisper White card stock cut 4 x 5-1/4 in
*For this card--I cut 2 of the Yorkies on the doggie DSP --- I could of used my Scan N Cut---but opted to fussy cut with my paper snips.
*You also need--about 5-5/1/2 in of each piece of the Playful Pet Trim---as well as thread a trinket on the twine piece.
*Die cut the paws on the Whisper White insert that measures 4 x 5-1/4 in---do this on the upper right corner----You can then stamp your inside sentiment----layer the Whisper White to the Black and then to the inside of the Real Red Card Base.
*Die cut the paws 3 x on the 1/2 sheet of Read Red Card stock---as pictured.
*Take your strip of Basic Black Cardstock and glue to the upper edge of that Real Red piece.
*Layer the Read Red Diet cut piece to the lower edge of the DSP---make a small 1/8 in border---Layer these to the DSP and then to the Card Base front.
*Layer the Whisper White plain square to the Real Red Scalloped square using your glue and adhere with glue to the top of the card on the DSP.
*Take your fussy cut dogs---and adhere side by side---with dimensionals. Adhere the doggies to the White square piece----Take the little hearts that were the left over pieces from the Paw die cuts and add a couple surrounding the puppies on your square center piece.
You are ready for your special card to be delivered to your special person!!
