Whimsical Witch

Another not so scary card using Stampin’ Up’s Flight Of Fancy Stamp set, Spooktacular Bash (Retired), Plaid Tidings DSP and a touch of the NEW Curvy Dies, available, November 3rd. Enjoy

Gather and measure all supplies:

*1 piece of Basic Black Card stock measuring 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, scored at 4-1/4 in (card base)
*1 piece of scrap Basic Black card stock and cut out with Starburst punch

1piece of Rich Razzleberry Card stock cut to 4 x 5-1/4 in and 1 piece 4 in wide cut with the Curvy die. For the inside you need 1 piece measuring 4 x 5-1/4 in

*1piece of Mango Melody Card stock cut 3-3/4 x 5 in

*1 piece of Whisper White Card stock cut 3-3/4 x 5 in for the inside sentiment.
*You need a 3 x 3 in scrap piece of Whisper White to stamp your Witch Image and the moon.

*1 piece of Plaid Tidings DSP cut 3-3/4 in wide and cut with the Curvy die.

TIP: The Curvy die cut outs do not have to be aligned. The idea is for them to look unaligned. Just make sure the width is at least 3-3/4 in

*1 piece of the glitter ribbon cut about 4-1/2 in wide.

*Stamp your Witch image on your 3x3 in Whisper White scrap and let dry.

* Stamp your inside sentiment on the Whisper White piece that measures 3-3/4 x 5 in or you can leave blank for a personal greeting.

*Stamp the outer Greeting in the lower left corner of The 3-3/4 x 5 in of the Mango Melody piece

*Using your Blend Markers, color your Witch image and fussy cut it out.

Let’s Assemble:

*Layer the unstamped Mango Melody piece with the inner Whisper White Stamped piece to the inside Of the card base.

*Take your 2 curved die cut pieces and align the width—the curves themselves do not have to be matching and center to the Stamped Mango Melody cover piece. Add your ribbon to the bottom end and secure to the back.

*Secure the Mango Melody piece to the Rich Razzleberry piece and then to the front of the card base.

*Using dimensionals secure your Witch to the Punched Basic Black circle. Add the moon. Secure the circle to the mid right of the card. Your Stamped sentiment should just be to the lower left of your Witch.

*Add 3 Black rhinestones to the front where ever you like.

* I used some glitter glue to highlight the Witches hair and broom —you can use Wink of Stella too.

*You did it! You can use any Halloween colors that match for this card. Granny Apple Green Would be great or Pumpkin Pie.
