Can you believe the end of our 2018 is here!  

That means it’s time for Stampin’ Up’s Year Closeout Sale.

lots of items with reduced prices & an opportunity for you to purchase many items that will be retiring at the end of this year!  Also, fon’t Forget to check the Clearance Rack.  I wouldn’t be surprised if we start seeing more items there!.

i just want to let people know as well that I only have 2 more Classes this month.  

My Hobby Lobby Class on Wednesday December 12th has been cancelled.  However, there is the Christmas Tag Class still on for:

Sunday, December 16th at 1 pm and the repeat class Monday December 17th at 9 am—both have spots left for those interested in attending.  Both classes will give you $10 Tags for $15

I belong to a weight loss support group and as the Leader in this group I had to do a Program on a topic related to our weight loss efforts.  So I thought I would talk about the benefits of having a Hobby.  So many reasons why Hobbies are great to promote good health.  1—You are spending time for YOU.  In today’s world we are caught up in the stresses of everyday life.  Having a Honby —something you like to do allows you the permission to give yourself ME time—so vital to good health.   2—Socialization—you are spending time with people who are like minded.  You get excited when you talk about your hobby and participate together—You form new relationships & make friends.    3—Hobbies can promote activity—Paper Craft not so much—but many activities such as sports can be great for activity.  With my paper crafting it does keep me away from the fridge. 4—-Self satisfaction & Pride—in my Hobby I create so many beautiful things that I never thought I could do!  And, I keep learning from others—air is stimulating in my mind—which is a great thing as we age.  5—Fights off Depression—Because we are occupying our time with something we LOVE, spending time with others who feel as we do and creating—we overcome loneliness, boredom and Depression.
